Alisa Weinstein holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications from USC and is a certified life, business and motivational coach. She began her career as a creative and highly accomplished award winning television journalist and later parlayed her leadership abilities as an entertainment executive with over 15 years of comprehensive operations experience, entertainment production, strategic planning, marketing, and promotion. Alisa has always found her greatest strength was her ability to face her weaknesses and work through them. This has been a wonderful guide and teaching tool for many of her clients and companies that she currently works with. Her mission is to mentor her clients to the positive and fulfilling accomplishments they have set out to reach.
Alisa has had the opportunity to work with holocaust survivors, inmates, executives, artists and teens facing self esteem issues she been instrumental in creating the infrastructure to business’ in the entertainment industry and the education sector. Her work has given her the opportunity to help families and businesses and it is her distinct pleasure and honor to be a part of her client’s successes and accomplishments. Alisa is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds her certification from Coach Training Alliance. Coaching Element is located in Southern California and Alisa enjoys the ability to work with clients all over the globe.
